hi,
i need to create a trigger that gives increment only to those employees whose jobs are clerks whenever a new row is inserted.
The WAY I HAVE WIRTTEN IT GIVES ME MUTATING PROBLEM.

ANY HELP ??????????

As always and requisted in OraFAQ Forum Guide:
- post your Oracle version (4 decimals)
- post create table statements
- post your code
- copy and paste your session givinv the error
- but BEFORE read how to format your post and do it
