Hi All,
We are implementing Oracle Time and Labor 11i,with the help of oracle implementation guide. We are managing employee Absences via Absence management present in Core HRMS. My Query to you people is that as we implement OTL then it will provide an output to the Payroll run for deduction from salary, same is the case with the Absence management that it provides out put to the payroll in order to deduct form employee salary if employee takes leaves.
1. Do OTL provides information to the Absence management or is directly linked to the Payroll.
2. Do OTL and Absence Management are linked with each other,
3. If we are implementing OTL, then if there is any need to configure Absence management.

Brief answers would be appreciated.
