Which syntax is better performance wise? Or is there no difference anyway? (eg. converted to the same in the background anyway?)

SELECT
A.Field1, B.Field2, …
FROM
A, B
WHERE
A.id = B.id

SELECT
A.Field1, B.Field2, …
FROM
A INNER JOIN B
ON A.id = B.id

There is no difference between Oracle and ANSI syntax, they are internally converted to the same syntax structure/diagram.
