hello every one
i have report which comprises of more then 3 pages and at the end of the report i want to print the signature of my director.
what i did is, that i pick a field object and connect it to the user paramater (named as signature and stamp) and the try to change its print 'object on property' to 'Last page' , for that i receive the follwoing error when i try to run the report.
REP-1216 'F-2 has an illegal print condition'
now what is wrong and how can i print the boss signature and its name at the last page of report
please help

thank you for replying sir,
what i did to follow you sir, is
1. draw a field object F-2 and give its source which is a user parameter
2.then make 'print object on' =default of this field object
3.Then i make this filed F-2 'move backward 'frokm arrange menue of report builder that it is now behind the access path of repeating frame and that repaeting frame actually print the complete report
4. Reult is that F-2 appear on all pages behing the repeating path and task is not done sir
sir please correct me if u am wrong

oh thanks it worked
sir my reoprt size keep changing and this give birth to an new problem and that is when the signature and name of personnel are not printed correctly that is name of person comes on last page and as there is no space so sibnature lines comes on next page and complete format is distorted
so how can i ensure that all these shouls come on one page with the correct format, the format is as follows
(Appointement) (Designation)
(Name) (Appointment)
(Name)
now the bove format distored when the report vary is size
plzz help
