That was about Tribbles, small annoying things that get on everyone's nerves when there are more than a few,
whereas Triggers are.... are.... uhhhhhhh.... I think you are right after all.

Tribbles breed faster than triggers (generally), but are also cuter.

Triggers are just a tool, albeit one that many people seem to use wrongly.

Very well put.
Claiming that triggers are evil as a generalisation is like saying that rm is evil, since it can accidentally remove more files than you intended, when used wrongly.
