a table can have how many insert triggers?

statemet and row level combined
and what is the order of firing?

The answer is either 4,5 or 'as many as you like', depending on whether you aer counting distinct types of On Insert trigger, or the actual number that you can have, and also on whether you include Instead Of triggers in the list.

There is a top level firing sequence of:
BEFORE
BEFOR FOR EACH ROW
AFTER FOR EACH ROW
AFTER

But within each type of trigger, there is no defined firing sequence until you get to Oracle 11g
