Hi Friends,

In an oracle forms procedure i want to pass an item itself to another procedure. If a text box name is text1 in block1 how can i pass this to procedure or function.

Looking forward to your replying

Thank you Smile

If you want to use item's name as a parameter (including a block it belongs to), you'd, hm, use its name? Such as
begin
  some_function('block_name.item_name', other_parameter);
end;

However, I bet that isn't exactly what you are looking for, is it?
