How to we know parameters that are set when create database command? [message #345672]

Dear All,

How can we find default value or current value of database parameters that are given in creating database command?

I can find some of the parameters from v$controlfile_record_section but not all.

Any help would be appreciated.

maxinstance is in database section
maxlogmembers is not in v$controlfile_record_section

alter database backup controlfile to trace
