Is there any possibility that i can move item in canvas "programatically"?

Yes, by using the SET_ITEM_PROPERTY built-in. For example, to move an item into the upper left corner (x = 0, y = 0 coordinates), you'd use
set_item_property('po_ename', x_pos, 0);
set_item_property('po_ename', y_pos, 0);
