Is that correct that normal SQL queries are just interpreted where as PL/SQL queries are compiled and kept and interpreted once called....can we compile them ...

Anonymous block ...compiled and keep in SGA till system is restarted, as its not stored in Database as it doesn't has any name. is that correct.


Any help I really appreciate Razz

I imagine you did not just think up this logic all by yourself, so why don't you tell us where you got this from?
In the meantime, go to http://tahiti.oracle.com and start reading the Concepts Guide.
