I have a table.. one of the columns is sysdate..

I have made a procedure-cursor thats inserts rows on this table

when i insert.. i get 27.08.2008
but i want it to be 2008.08.27

i dont have dba previl so i cant change nls lang or something..
i just want it to insert 2008-08.27
