I am currently working for a consultancy firm, which offers various projects for us to undertake. I currently have two years in Oracle HR/Payroll but now considering taking the opportunity to learn SAP. Is this worth it or am I just wasting my time. Is the future for Oracle ERP uncertain, if so maybe I should take up this opportunity and learn SAP too. I have always thought it's good to specialise in one area rather than both but now I'm so concern and considering learning SAP even though I enjoy Oracle. I also fear spending too much time in SAP, that I'll lose my Oracle skills/knowledge. Is it worth learning both please advise.
