How to copy the tables from one user to another user.
How to unlock any user in oracle 10g.

insert into user2.table2 (select * from user1.table1)

"Difference between this and that can be discovered by studying Oracle Database Concepts book.

User can be unlocked using the ALTER USER statement; check what documentation says about account locking (search for ALTER USER options by yourself).
