hi

i hope all is well.
dear friends i have some problem regarding SQL.

i have a table named absent_people described below

Name Type
------- ------
EMPNO NUMBER(7)
DATED DATE

I WANT TO GET THE RECORD OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ABSENT CONTINUOUSLY 10 OR MORE DAYS IN A SEQUENCE.

Kindly tell me the solution i am using oracle database 9.2.0

1/ Read OraFAQ Forum Guide, especially "How to format your post?" section.
Make sure that lines of code do not exceed 80 characters when you format.
Indent the code (See SQL Formatter) and align the columns in result.
Use the "Preview Message" button to verify.

2/ Read forum guide and don't post in UPPER case.

3/ Read forum guide and post what you tried

4/ Read forum guide and post a test case

5/ Have a look at LAG/LEAD functions.
