Can anyone tell me the syntax how to check whether a file in linux is modified or not using pl/sql.If modified then on which date?

Oracle is not made to manage OS files.
There is no PL/SQL for this.
You have to create it.
Search here there are many questions on how to execute an OS commnand in PL/SQL.
