3NF - To store Data other than that comply with Referential Constraints
Cursor - When multiple rows have to be processed in PL/SQL.
To the beginers - Please use this Board to clarify Doubts that the books or the people around u might not be able to teach u, rather than to use this board as a Classroom for learning for Oracle
