I can not connect to the localhost:1158/em/console, but it works well before. and I have checked the linux service httpd, it's working. what I should do, please .

Please read & follow Posting Guideline as stated above

OEM is not required to operate Oracle RDBMS.
Proceed without it or fix whatever is wrong.
