SELECT NEW_TIME(SYSDATE,'EST','CET') NEWTIME FROM DUAL; - Giving error saying 'CET' is not a valid timezone.

The exact message is "ORA-01857: not a valid time zone" eventhough CET is valid Timezone

SELECT NEW_TIME(SYSDATE,'EST','GMT') NEWTIME FROM DUAL -- This is giving correct result.

Is there any way in Database to recognize CET as a valid timezone.

We also tried another option to get the required time info, but that query is working in Oracle but failed in the Tool we are using (DataStage)

SELECT FROM_TZ(CAST(SYSDATE-2 AS TIMESTAMP), 'EST') AT TIME ZONE 'CET' CET_TIME FROM dual;

Appreciate your quick response on this
