The "/u01/app/crs/cfgtoollogs/configToolFailedCommands" script contains all commands that failed, were skipped or were cancelled. That's what I understood from a message:

"/u01/app/crs/cfgtoollogs/configToolFailedCommands" file contains all commands that were not successful. Use contents of this file to run these assistants out of Oracle Universal Installer. Check what's written in the file and provide valid passwords if necessary.

What did you understand while reading sentence you posted in the first message?

Open the file /u01/app/crs/cfgtoollogs/configToolFailedCommands
There would be 2-3 three lines of commands.
execute them in the same order manually.
Post the command that will generate any errors.
It mostly has to do with your vipca configs.

Also,
post the output of /etc/hosts from both nodes.
