Experts,

i made a mistake to apply patch on 10.2.0.3 home. i was missed order of patches. now i want to remove applied patches. is there any way to do it.

No way.

This is why you are supposed to do a full backup before applying any patch/upgrade.

It depends.
Some patches come with Rollback option. It may get messy though.
Look into the patch README file. Any option for rollback will be provided there.
Something like
opatch rollback -id

If you installed several patches in wrong order, I think the safer way is to reinstall the whole stuff.
