am getting below error message from backups

ORA-19501: read error on file "/u05/oradata/SABPRD/tools02.dbf", blockno 172481 (blocksize=8192)
ORA-27072: skgfdisp: I/O error
HP-UX Error: 5: I/O error
Additional information: 172481

Please let us know how to resolve this issue. Very urgent.

when i run the dbv command it failed with below error

DBVERIFY - Verification starting : FILE = /u05/oradata/SABPRD/tools02.dbf

DBV-00102: File I/O error on FILE (/u05/oradata/SABPRD/tools02.dbf) during verification read operation (-2)

By the way, I hope you have good backups & a documented DB restoration procedure

It might be the problem of that particular file.

Or the file system is 100% full.

Please correct me.
