How can I know that there is how many Stored Procedure, Function, Packages etc in the database ?

COUNT(* )
FROM user_objects
GROUP BY object_type;

And if you have access to dba views:
select owner, object_type, count(*)
from dba_objects
group by owner, object_type
/
