Hi, I am a fresher of Oracle PL/SQL. Is there any shortcut for me to learn and to master PL/SQL?

If you are reasonably fluent in any 2 of the above, about all you have to do is learn the new syntax.
Programming is programming; irrespective of the language.
http://tahiti.oracle.com contains the whole Oracle Doc. set.
http://asktom.oracle.com contains many fine programming samples.
In addition to PL/SQL basics, Oracle provide MANY canned procedures; most of which have names that begin with DBMS_ or UTL_.
