I can easy get error message at mail through event trigger, due to Dbms_Utility.FORMAT_ERROR_STACK. Like this:
utl_smtp.write_data(conn,dbms_utility.format_error_stack);

but when I try to do it with FORMAT_ERROR_BACKTRACE, I get error message but it's empty.

I can't understand it.

Neither can I.
Do you expect us to debug code we can not see?
