please tell me some how to open the oracle command in oracle when i execute Ed command i found the error SP2-0110: Cannot create save file "afiedt.buf" . please help me some one

That's Vista for ya !

Do you actually have permission to write to the directory you are in when you execute sqlplus.exe ?

What happens if you set the directory to a new location while in SQL*Plus:
SQL> ed '%temp%\test.sql'
