I made simple form , in the first I removed DEFAULT&SMARTBAR in Menu Module from Form Module property palette.
than I made the execute_query button and insert it execute_query built-in with when-button-pressed ... but doesn't work .... and give me this error below :-

where the wrong here ?
despite that the execute_query built-in work correctly with when-new-form-instance trigger !!!!

P.S. : I attached the fmb file to understand better what happened with me.

There are items whose "Required" property is set to YES, so Form expects these items to be entered before proceeding with a query. Make them non-required and validate their existence in, for example, WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM or WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger.

the problem has been solved ..... I put ( MOUSE NAVIGATE to NO ) for the "EXECUTE_QUERY" button and the execution worked correctly.

download the attachment to test my last result.

You should put the push button 'execute_query' in another block.
So, create one block through Object Navigator. Drag the push button to a new block. Then execute the form. You will get result 100%.
