Hi Everyone,
Can you please help me, on how to automatically email the client when you update the table.
How can I code the procedure that automatically email the user.
example when I update the status of table it call the procedure that automate to create an email and email to the user using microsoft outlook. How can i code using oracle sql.

Have a look at UTL_SMTP package to send email.
You can also search for "mail" on http://asktom.oracle.com.

To trigger this mail on update, you can use a... trigger.
