ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink and/or call Oracle support

I can't and no one can, it would be a violation of the license agreement, I could be prosecute and would have to pay a fine or more. Do you want this for us?

Regards
Michel

It depends what he's asking for.

He might just be asking for the contact phone number for Oracle Support, which are available here:
Oracle Support

He may in for a nasty shock when they ask for his support Id though...

You're right I wrongly assumed "support number" was CSI, support identifier (perhaps because there is no support phone number in France).

Yes, in France, they decided (around 2000) the only interface would be Metalink.
Only if you have a gold contract then you have a dedicated contact you can call.

I'd try ringing Oracle Support , telling them you'd like to purchase a support contract, and getting your chequebook out.

This is probably the responsibility of the people who organise your Oracle licenses.

It will generally take a few days for the paperwork to clear, but if you can demonstrate to Oracle that you've paid and you're just waiting for them to give you access, you might be able to talk Support into helping you.

Failing that, you'll have to go through your procedure commenting bits of it out until you find the code that is causing the problem. Then either post some detains here and see if anyone knows a workaround, or try to work out another way of implementing that piece of code.

To get a CSI, you have to contact Oracle and pay for support.
