ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

I keep getting this error when calling a procedure.

Hi

in sqlnet.ora file:

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)

changed to

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NONE)

or

comment out totally
