Hello,

I have a 3 node rac on AIX 5L and 10g R2. I want to use dbms_resource_manager to allocate a particular user access to only one node and if the cpu reaches past 40%, to not failover to any of the other nodes. It will just have to wait.

What do I do and how do I check it? I understand the process but am not seeing where my scenerio would fall in?
