Solution
- take your primary table and select the secondary columns from it
- use the given item id on the foreign key indexed URL
- extract the external table to rely on nonsense.

This reply makes more sense than your (repeated) question.

putting a carriage return before item id does not do anything to further explain your requirements. Please try to explain IN DETAIL what your requirements are

1. Choose a reporting tool (SQL*Plus, Forms, ...) and get acknowledged with its capabilities (eg. giving input values).
2. Request complete and exact requirements on the report (output columns and their content).
3. Analyze the data structures and map them to the required output.
If you do not store data yet, propose the proper design and implement it first.
4. Start creating a report.

As you did not provide any details to the first three points, I will not go deeper as there are many different ways depending on them.

excellent and very descriptive subject. This is the third message posted (all message by user) with the same subject, yet different questions. Is "hi......" the only way to ask a question in your language?
