Is there any way to know whether export/import utility will run successfully or not ,prior to run those utilities??

No.
How could they know they can't access to file? There is no space on a file system? you are not allowed to execute them? the dump file is corrupted? There is not space enough on on of the tablespaces? You will exceed your quote? you have not the privilege on some object there is in the dump file?... Do I have to go on?
