Mentat Technologies announces the launching of the DreamCoder for Oracle version 3.0. This version includes a new SQL editor and PL/SQL, which has several new characteristics that facilitate and reduce development time. In addition, this new version includes more than 50 improvements and the correction of a few errors.

The new functions of DreamCoder for Oracle 3.0 are described below:

New SQL Editor and PL/SQL
DreamCoder for Oracle has a modern editor for SQL and PL/SQL, it has the latest technology, such as code folding support, alias support, character set language, fast object description (CTRL + CLICK), bookmarks, macros, ranges, autocomplete redesign, new highlighter options, auto replace items and new configuration options.

SQL and PL/SQL Tree
You will now be able to navigate easily inside PL/SQL code that using its innovated navigation tree.

Encodings
The new editor of SQL and PL/SQL include support with main Character set languages such as, GB2312, BIG5, Hebrew, Greek and many more.

XML viewer
You will now be able to easily manipulate XML data fields using the new XML viewer which is available on the data grid. You will also be able to do the transformation of XML documents.

11g Support SYSASM
DreanCoder for Oracle 3.0 supports connections to the new Oracle 11g and includes the new connection function of SYSASM.
