Hi All,
Can anyone plzzz tell me,i have one doubt..
Actually when we ran an i-bot its generate alert in the dashboard ,answers and if u check it for mail then it'll send a mail to the receipt.But i want to know at at time we can only send to one receipt.so how can we send mail to more than one receipt,while we run the I-bot.

sorry means when the scheduler run.. then we get alert on the dashboard and answers,also we get the mail ,if we check the email option..so i want to know how we'll send one mail to more than one
receiptant .
