Hello all,
I'll make it short for ya:
What if the form(fmx) I create(compile) in the DEV NT server, is COPIED to the PROD NT server? Wouldn't this issue be the reason for sudden hangs of the application when activating bad compiled forms?
This is too much for me right now. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi,
I think it can be an issue as the database objects referred during the compilaton of your form differ (I suppose there are 2 differnt databases for DEV & PRODUCTION environments ). So it may not be a good idea to copy the executables from DEV to PRODUCTION server. As LF pointed rightly, compile the form in the PRODUCTION environment and you wont face any issues later.
