when i logout properly(through exit buttom on Developer2000

form)then there goes an entry in log table....but

If system accidently shutdown or window accidently closed...
logout entry(logout flag) not goes into log table.....is there any solution that if there any above accident occur and logout entry automatically go into log table?

You have to regularely poll v$session to check if your sessions are still there or not.

I think you can catch windows being closed with the On-Exit trigger at form level, but if someone takes the Db away then there's absolutely nothing the client can do about it.
