Hi All,

I am new in OBIEE can any one please help me to know..
how we can add prompt to OBIEE dashbords and how to link betewwn them...
for example i want to create one dashbord..where in 1st prompt i want to show the quarter of the year (i.e,1,2,3,4)and in 2nd prompt i want to show for prompt 1 ..if i select 2 it'll show (april,may,june)in 2nd prompt.
can any one please help me..how to link between two prompts..

Go to Answers, create a new dashboard prompt (upper left corner of the screen) and check the box "constrain" for the second item you select in this prompt (quarter in your example).
