If u have 64-bit hardware then u can install 32-bit or 64-bit OS. Then install on 32-bit with 32-bit Oracle and With 64-bit OS 64-bit Oracle.
I have experiance of installation of these softwares.
I was unable to install 32-bit Oracle on 64-bit os.
