Hi, I want to install Oracle9i client with runtime but it keeps on hanging at File Location. When loading product on the top right, it hangs at 40%.

Any idea on what happen? I can't reformat the Windows server as it's in production. Thank you.

No idea what is happening, since there is no way of telling what is supposed to be happening at "40%" since what is happening at "40%" depends on the options you choose to install.

There should be some clue as to what is happening at the end of the Oracle installation log, though.
