Hi Sir,
When the following statements executed in sqlplus,

SQL> sho parameter undo;

NAME TYPE VALUE
------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------
undo_management string AUTO
undo_retention integer 900
undo_tablespace string UNDOTBS1

here, undo_management showing 'AUTO' where as in EM Database Control below , Segment Space Management showing ' Manual' for the undo tablespace (UNDOTBS1) created, how it is possible?

Don't use EM, the only tool you need is SQL*Plus.

You are confusing "automatic undo management" and "automatic segment space management". Look up both terms in the docs, here is a link to the master index:
