Can any one tell me please, the book "Oracle Database 11g PL/SQL Programming (Osborne Oracle Press)" - How to access the book? I mean where is it available?

I've read some very bad reviews on this book on amazon :
http://www.amazon.co.uk/product-reviews/0071494456/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1

I started to study "Oracle PL/SQL Programming" (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Oracle-SQL-Programming-Steven-Feuerstein/dp/0596514468/ref=pd_rhf_p_t_3) and this is very well written and explained.
I would recommend it instead.
